Tracking Your Order:

Customs & Duties:

At Anglershub Trading LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the products you receive, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Clearance or sale items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- To start a return, email us at anglershub5253@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If customer received a product with free shipping but are not satisfied and wish to return it, The customer will be responsible for covering the original shipping cost that was waived at the time of purchase. This amount will be deducted from your refund or will need to be paid separately before processing the return. Shipping charges will reflect as RESTOCKING FEES in the return invoice.
4. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items such as bait, consumables, or custom products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
2. No specific damage will be accepted on the following products:
Lures (No scratches, bends, or missing parts)
Rods (No cracks, breakage, or scratches)
Lines (Unopened and unused)
Reels & Accessories (No signs of usage or damage)
Non-Returnable Items:
