UAE Shipping:

  1. Standard Delivery:
    For orders within the UAE, we offer a fast and reliable delivery service.
    Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.

  2. Shipping Cost:
    Orders above 300/- AED qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of AED 20/- will be applied at checkout..

  3. International  Shipping:

     

     Shipping Time 

    • International orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

    • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or public holidays in the destination country.

     Shipping Cost

    • A flat international shipping fee of AED 150 applies to all orders.

    • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

    Tracking

    • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

    • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delays:

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, external factors such as customs processing or extreme weather may occasionally cause delays. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties:

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
